To cut a long story short, I've been waiting for Groupon to refund my account for the last month however its just not happening. I've called the Call Centre and e-mailed their support line about 15 times however no joy. The CC keep telling me that they have escalated the matter. Its becoming a joke. I've asked to speak to a manager on numerous occassions- The call centre agent transfers the call but nobody pickes up (I seriosuly think this a hoax). The CC have no call etiquette - shocking!! I am so frustrated that I have decided to write this of as bad a debt.
