I'm so disgusted by the service I got from Groupon SA. I purchased a special and the special was cancelled the day before checking into the lodge. I called groupon on the 19th for a refund and I was told it will take 48 hours for a refund and someone will call me for my bank detail. today is the 30th December, I got no feedback from them. I called spoke to Sam she rudely told me that there is nothing she can do and I have to wait another 3 day for someone to call me. I asked to be to the team leady or manager I held for 14 min only to be told she's busy on the line. I asked her to ask her manager to call me as she's busy she told me they do not make out going call. GROUPON can I please have my REFUND it can't take you more than 2 weeks to do EFT!!! Sam drop the phone in my ear which is realy rude.
