Where is my refund for the junk I was sold?

I have really been dissapointed at the level of service and quality of products from Groupon. I used to purchase a ton of vouchers, but that has stopped, given my experience. I bought the roll-up hosepipe, which firstly took months to be delivered, and after fighting with Groupn it arrived. This hosepipe was not at all what was advertised and was made from flimsy material, breaking and leaking after 2 uses?!!! I complained and was told that the courier company would collect the item and I would be refunded. That took FOREVER, and when they finally collected it, I am not getting any response on my refund, the call centre is completely useless, and they just happened to close my online complaint/query! I am now furious. I want my refund immediately, and trust me I will NEVER be purchasing anything from this company again. Excellent example of how to "Lose Good Customers".
