I ordered some orthopedic pillows in nov last year. When the pillows finally arrived they were nothing like what was advertised. After many emails I finally got groupon to come collect the goods. I was told, by Shana in the collect and refund department, that once the goods had been collect I must email her so that they can do the refund. Following the collection I emailed her but with no response. The goods were collected over a month ago but I still have not received my refund and my numerous emails to Shana have gone unanswered. I just want my money back.
