Bad customer service

I bought a product from them in December online. When it was delivered I found it to be flimsy and shoddy quality. I immediately emailed Groupon to tell them this. The item was eventually collected at end January after many emails and I am still waiting for a refund. I am so disgusted at the lack of response from this company
