I bought a defective Laptop fan from Wicount.
The device stops working after 5 minutes, although the packaging claims it will run continuously for four hours.
I called Wicount, and spoke to Lerato Modisakeng. She then mailed me last week, promising that my item will be collected 2-3 days latest after which I will be refunded.
It is now one week later, and still nothing has happened.
I want my refund as I am sitting with a cheaply manufactured, inferior product which is useless to me and is just sitting at home.
