I bought a groupon voucher for dinner at katjusha's restaurant in january 2013. I only decided to use it on the 8th of march. When i called to make a 'reservation', the person that picked up the phone answered it like their personal phone and didnt take down any of my details. I brushed it off, got to the place at 18:30, located at the dingy cramerview shopping centre in randburg. When i entered the restaurant, it smelt horrible, like an old woman's house who smokes and has thousands of cats. I left after 3 mins cos i couldnt stand the smell and couldnt imagine having to eat there. I now have no use for the voucher. do suggest that groupon does site visits before allowing such businesses to sell on their website.
I have bought many groupon vouchers and i have never been dissapointed. Step up your game groupon.
