I bought a restaurant voucher for Emperors Kitchen at Ushaka Marine World. I then made a reservation for the 18th February 2012. When I got there I was told the restaurant was no longer in operation (liquidated).
I logged a query with Groupon (reference number: 693598). I was promised feedback on this matter but never heard back from the Groupon team. This was an embarassement as i had guests with me. I then had to go to the Piatto for dinner, which was a financial inconveniece to me. How can I now trust purchasing products and services from Groupon?
