I have purchased an Aria Lacey straightner, the sales lady Maya was very convincing and I was charged R2200 I got home and went on website it was priced for R1400, they advised since I've seen that on website they gave me a clipless curler and a new straightner, I still did not want product but on Insistance I brought it home. Today I took products back and the owner Jiovani was rude, he doesn't even understand consumer laws in SA, he threatened me with lawyers I do not mind as I am aware of my rights as a consumer. I am so displeased with Jiovani being the owner and will advise no one to purchase this product as its not as good as its made out to be. Stick to your brand even if it damages your hair but atleast you will know you willl get good service and no putting up with arrogance. When a consumer is not happy oppose to being arrogant do the best and making your customer happy whether its a refund or exchange. Please don't fall for the sales pitch as I said its too good to be true and another issue make a set price oppose to fooling customers. Just refund me or I will take this furthe
