I placed an order on the 04th of December and i kept on calling them asking about it even today I didn't receive it, I called their customer care now and speak to Lenette, she's very rude to me when I ask how is it reflecting on my account when I didn't receive it, she said to me that she doesn't know when am gonna receive it I must just wait until I get it . and this is affecting my credit report, because its reflecting there and am not gonna pay for something that I did not receive,
This was suppose to be my mothers Christmas present, but still now I didn't receive it. After the service I got am no longer going to buy at Homechoice ever again, and if they can just cancel the order and remove it me account.
