I had a delivery query with Groupon SA Cape Town recently which was telephonically dealt with by Loyiso Landu. What a pleasure to speak to someone in a call centre with such a pleasant and friendly disposition not to mention highly professional. He went out of his way to help me which was 100% more than the previous consultant there that I dealt with. If all call centre consultants were like him we wouldn't have to fear contacting a call centre again.
