I have to say, I am impressed, and it is not easy to impress me. I bought a coupon from Groupon for a 2 night stay in a guest house. When I tried to make a booking, I was informed that unfortunately they were fully booked till after the coupon expires, thus i will not be able to make use of the coupon. I have to be honest that i was very disappointed. I decided to write to groupon and ask for a refund. I send an email to them after hours, seeing this was the only time i had to do so, not expecting a response till at least the next day. I was pleasantly surprised, when about 2 hours later, I received an email, not just responding to my email, but actually REFUNDING MY CREDIT!! I mean, this was after hours, and within a time span of about two hours!! I mean WOW!! If only all companies were as dedicated and efficient as these guys, SA would be SO much better place to live.
