I ordered a Ice cream maker via groupon sa- I paid and awaited delivery- no delivery arrived. When I contacted the call centre via the zen help desk I recieved a response from Carmen to say the delivery would occur before 5 on Christmas Eve- no delivery occured- when I contacted the offices after they reopened after new year I was told the delivery would occur before the 11th due to stock issues- still no delivery- I contacted tem again and was told the problem would be dealt with - no response no delivery!!!
When I have tried to call the call centre on numerous times I am number 20 or 30 in the cue! I want a response, apology and my darn ice cream maker!!!
