I purchased a Kicker Docking Station from Groupon for R1000 at the end of November. The festive season came and went and I still hadn't taken delivery of the item. Prior to company my company's closure in December I wrote an email to [Email Removed] and on my return to work on 9 Jan 2013 had received a response to the effect that my item would be delivered in the first week of Feb 2013. Since then I have written 2 further emails to the same address with no response. Still no delivery of the docking station. I have tried phoning but have given up due to the large call queues. Please investigate for me. Thank you.
