I purchased a suede headboard through a Groupon deal, when it arrived it was a fake poor imitation fabric piece of wood covered in fabric, with no means of attaching to the wall or legs to stand up against the wall. So apart from looking disgusting it in fact didn't work. I called immediately for it to be collected and I asked for my money back, they said it had to be uplifted first and then they would refund me. I then received an email saying they would credit my groupon account so that I could then use the money on another deal. I told them I wanted my cash back! I have since not heard from them its over 3 weeks and apart from the stupid computer generated emails I have no money refunded. I have tried to call them but their number does not exist, what else can I do?
