Groupon? Never again!
I was a 1st time customer with Groupon.
On 23rd November 2012 I bought and paid for a Phillips electric razor on promotion through Groupon.
After 4 attempts to contact them via email and 4 attempts to contact them telephonically, I eventually got through after being on hold for 32 minutes. I was assured that my article had been couriered and would be with me shortly.
My address and telephone number were again taken down "just in case".
To date I have had no Feedback from Groupon other than several automated responses to my email enquiries. Yes, 3 and a bit MONTHS and counting...
And Groupon, please, we are clients, not Groupies!
This service or lack thereof is pathetic.
I would warn ANYONE and EVERYONE to steer clear of this organisation.
It is just a pity that I did not check HelloPeter before conducting business with them. Let that be a lesson to me and anyone else concidering doing business with them.
