The clowns are running the Mothership. Clearly these are from another planet. I have a Xmas gift ordered and paid for on 5 December that has not been delivered (#643803). The response? The delivery period is 3-4 weeks. Duh, that has long gone! I also ordered 4 air purifiers on 10 December that have not been delivered (#651222). Looking at the number of complaints here, I should have checked this site before ordering and departing with my money. The responses to the complaints are absolutely pathetic too!
To all those who are in a similar position and not receiving refunds, if you paid by credit card you can contact your bank to do a charge back. You may also want to lay charges against the company. That's the only thing that will make these jokers wake up.
