Unsuccessful Refund

Hi, I made a purchase via the groupon website for R2750 and then decided to cancel the very same day. I requested a refund which i still have not received. I have made many calls to their customer care department and aways get the same response that they have me. I was even asked to provide bank statements which I did and still no response. This has been going on for more than 2 months now.
