In September last year I bought a mp3 player on groupon. It was damaged.
I notified Groupon on this, and received some feedback regarding a replacement/refund, but this correspondence quickly turned into a dead end.
The call center makes you hold on for 20minutes, and the email address gives you a very unhandy reference number. Following up doesn't help.
If you plan on buying items from Groupon, beware.
