On 8 January I purchased Coolaroo blinds. The delivery should have taken within 4 weeks, now almost two months later I am still waiting.
I have contacted the Groupon customer services by mail and the only response I received from them was that they will enquire with the service provider. After the first message that they will contact Coolaroo the call I logged was closed as if it was sorted out. I had to log another call, but is still waiting for feedback and the product.
