On 19th FEBRUARY I made a Groupon purchase and contacted the support centre to ensure payment was allocated as it was 3rd party payment on my behalf. FINALLY on 1 March someone responded to tell me that I will be refunded. Why does it take two weeks to get some feedback and why am I refunded when that is not what I requested? The feedback I get: "Maam payment wasn't allocated due to a system error and we have to refund you as the deal is closed" BUT that is why I was trying to contact you since 19th FEBRUARY to ensure this didn't happen. Worse than useless!
