I had just made a payment for movie codes on the groupon website but i did not put it in the reference number.
I was advised that they would need to refund me and it will take 7 days. When i asked the consultant if he could just send me the movie codes he advised that the process does not work like that. I told him I would send him my proof of payment as i dont want the refund he still refused. I am irritated and upset as i just want the movie codes and i dont want a refund how hard is that to understand???
