Paid but no voucher issued. No response from Group

I purchased a Groupon offer on the 8th of January 2013. The Groupon voucher was never issued and a refund was never received. I have since not received any response from Groupon (despite my emails and logging a service request). My initial request is # 668539. The concern is that I received an email to rate the service, but the issue was never addressed!!! Really dissappointing.
