I have ordered several items on the GroupOn website. Almost each time I would call weeks later to find out why the goods have not been delivered and I religiously get the same response. The supplier ran out of stock, we will need to refund your money, or we cant find the tracking number, we need to investigate. When I object the response is: "We are aware of the issues and are working on it" Keep in mind that it has been the response for several enquiries.
The quality of the products as advertised when you ultimately do receive it is not what you expect. I bought a Top Quality product (as advertised) only having it failed on me the very first time I used it.
