On the 18 December 2012 I bought Honey three-piece luxury Egyptian cotton towel set and it still has not been delivered. Since the 18 January I have been trying to telephone Groupon. However the line is always busy saying I am caller number 27, 35 etc etc. I don't have enough airtime to hold for that long.
On the 28 January I finally manage to communicate with Groupon regarding this matter and a lady by the name of Tammy said she would follow up and get back to me. Up until today 22 February I have not received communication from her and still dont have my towels. Please I need my money back with immediate effect. Loads of Living has a sale (ending 28 Feb) so it would be best if I buy towels from there.
