I purchased a Zando voucher on the 22 February 2013 and I have'nt received anything. I made a query via email and a few calls and all I have been told is that they are still busy with the query. And yesterday I called and they were rude and told me that if I did not want to wait they will refund me and I didnt ask for a refund.
