No response on refund

I ordered "Pure Turkish cotton Peshtemal beach towels" including delivery from Groupon on the 07/11/2012, they looked great and as we were having a beach holiday in December they would have worked perfectly. I received "Sarongs" a week later, incorrect product and contacted Groupon to collect and replace with my correct order. The sarongs were collected but no beach towels delivered as they "ran out of stock" but promised to refund me. So the endless journey began to get my money back. I have since been passed from pillar to post, get constant e-mails to rate their service which obviously I state "disatified" but nothing gets done about it. On the 4th January they asked me for my Banking details, and promised refund would follow after 7 days... I am still waiting, out of pocket, no product and no further feedback. I even requested to speak to a senior rep and phone often (20 min hold by the way when you call them). No response.

I am appalled that Groupon can hold onto my money for so long - they benefit all the way! I have 2 references for the same complaint - its states SOS - ironic. #603609 and latest #665776.

I would appreciate some senior involvement. I want my money back
