I have been in contact with the call centre telephonically and by email for a refund for a deal that could not go through. I have been promised the refund to no avail since beginning of february. Everytime i call i get told the issue has been escalated. Today i phoned only to be told that no one is dealing with my refund. I feel i am not getting anywhere with the unresponsiveness of Groupon SA. It was my first and very last interaction with such a dishonest company. Firstly it took me contacting them 3 times to be told the deal is not through. Nyameka (if thats her real name) promised me a voucher and gave me a wrong cell number. I am soo sick of their lack of service. They should learn from their american counterparts who responded positively to every email i sent them (by mistake instead of groupon sa). They even responded to say "you are most welcome" when i emailed thank you. Groupon SA is available to take your money but its a ghost when its supposed to pay back. Terrible service by far. i cannot understand why the lack of care or understanding for their customers.
