I had a voucher to see Lady Gaga from Groupon. Well I got there and the lady that we were suppose to meet was nowhere to be found. Even switched off her phone.Us and other people were running around the whole stadium but with no luck. So eventually we had no choice but to leave. I later got an sms from the ticketlady stating that she had no more tickets!!!
Since then I have spoken with Groupon on numerous occassion and been promised a refund but to this day nothing has been reimbursed. They do not answer their facebook nor their e-mails anymore. It is shocking service!!!
