I placed and order with groupon and subsequently requested a refund as the goods were overpriced and not even worth it. the agreed and even sent me an email confirming my refund. they then sent me the goods instead and when i called to query it they told me that it was a glitch on their side and i should keep the goods or i should contact the supplier to return.. Now does this sound like my problem dont offer a service if you cannot follow through!
