I ordered "see through" boxes for shoes on 31st August and paid for the goods on the same day - proof of payment sent to Groupon and acknowledged - I have to date not received the goods or the refund I have requested from them - I have sent 18 emails with no response - this is not the first time I have had problems with Groupon SA - they are useless and their promise of service is worthless. I have also unsubscribed and they keep sending me their promotions - they are a rip off!!
