I ordered 2 wifi boosters in October 2012, I received 1 on 22 November 2012 and contacted these guys about the missing booster. They gave me a lot of excuses, promises and no solution.
I mailed them at least 7 times, and left comments on their helpdesk system as well.
Still no joy
