I am struggling to receive my refund

I had booked for a weekend holiday through Groupon on the 24th of October for the 8 ladies, to go to Magalies Mountain Lodge. the dates were for 13 to the 15th of Dec. When I had a meeting with my friends, some of them could not take leave on the dates, so I called Groupon and Magalies Mountain Lodge for cancellation on the 29th of Oct. I read the terms and conditions that a full refund can be paid if cancellation is done within 5 days, which I did. I have been calling Groupon for the past 2 weeks and been taken from pillar to post about my money, which belongs to the club. R5 180.
This morning I called again, and this lady tells me they going to check if I qualify for a refund, as if I applied for a loan from Groupon. Can someone help as I have proof of all the emails and the I have been told since last week. I will appreciate it.
