I ordered 2 Computer wifi boosters from Groupon.
When they were delivered, only one was sent.
On 26 November, I queried this by email with Groupon. Other than a standard email "thanking me for my order" no response was received.
I followed up again on 13 December. Exactly the same result.
I did subsequently receive emails from Groupon asking how satisfied I was with the response I received from them. I rated both as 0, and in comments relied "What response? I have heard nothing".
Obviously the ratings are just shopfronts - because there has been no response to them either?
