On 22 November 2012 i ordered lawn games for my kids. Ordered with sufficient time to get it by Xmas. What a joke it is to have these items listed under their "get it in time for Xmas" section when here we are on 15 February 2013, almost 3 months later and i have still not received my order. The pathetic automated e-mail responses alluding to courier problems is beyond ridiculous and i no longer believe a word they say. The supplier is based in Cape Town and Groupon is in Cape Town and I am in Cape Town - but still nothing! International orders have arrived within a week from other online companies so what is wrong with GrouponSA??? I can tell you that I am beyond feeling friendly about this anymore, with winter around the corner i will have to wait till next summer to enjoy the lawn games - who knows by then it might be delivered.
So i want a refund of my money - someone from Groupon with clout please respond and tell us, your customers what you are doing with our money???
