I Nerisha Nadarajan recently purchased (23/01/2013) a groupon deal for the 08-11/02/2013 from Durban to Portuguese island. There was cash payment done instead of credit card payment which was stated on the groupon deal. Payments did not relflect immidately cause of the bookings. I phoned every day & was told sorry I did not make it for the deal and a refund will be be done. I was then transferred to Nazley who also stated the same but then i told her that it was a suprised gift for my husband for our 12th wedding annivesary. She then told me she will try her very best to assist in every way possible if she can & that was good enough for me. On the 30/01/2013 I received my groupon voucher which really made me so very happy. I have been on this trip & wow it was one of a kind & thanks to Nazley for a excellent service provided. I really appreciate what you have done & may our Lord & saviour bless you abundantly.
