Bad service and bad treatment of Groupon

I bought a Gordon Ramsey cookware set for R1499 on 21 November 2012 through Groupon. I have been following up since December 2012 on the delivery of this item by sending emails and calling. I have been ignored and not being told the truth about why this item has not been delivered to me. Yesterday I called them again and I was told that they have just ordered for me and it will be sent to me in 4 to 5 weeks despite the fact that I was told a month ago that it will be delivered to me on 31 Jan. I was very angry and demanded to speak to the Manager the call centre refused to put me through and was told that the manager will not talk to me and that I must just wait for my complaint to be escalated. With the experience I have had with the complaints that I have sent them do not believe anything will be done. I feel that I will never get this item or get a refund either because of the way they have ignored and treated me since I bought this item. This is the first time I am using HelloPeter as I don't normally complain but I I don't know what to do.
