Being a 5 star hotel, I was skeptical about embarking on a "groupon expedition". Terry Paterson handled all our promotions with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm. It has been an absolute pleasure hearing his voice over the phone every other day. Terry really does go the extra mile and has made this experience an enjoyable one for us.
