CANNOT get hold of Groupon!!

I have been awaiting a refund from Groupon for almost 2 weeks now! I eventually get the refund and its the incorrect amount!

I CANNOT get hold of anyone since the numbers either do not exist or do not go through!!!

I have had great experiences with Groupon previously but this is getting ridiculous! The number ON THE COUPON is incorrect!?!
