No service from helpdesk

I logged a complain via email on the 15th of January - the only response I've had to date was to notify me of the product that I'm complaining about. I received a mail 2 days ago asking me to rate the service I received and rated it terrible, and still no response!!! My request number is (#653924). I'm really disappointed in the service I received from Groupon, as well as the quality of the Tom Tom GPS I bought from them.
