I have been waiting more than a month for my refund, promises promises promises thats all I get! Im seriously getting irrated, they sell bad quality items! their refunds department is swamped, and we wonder why??? Their food vouchers and accommodation are fine to buy because third parties deal with this, BUT DONT buy their products, this is done through Groupon and their service levels!!!
