Groupon don't care - they are as bad as the merchants they choose to partner with. Earlier this year I bought a voucher for canvas printing which was going to expire while I was overseas. I emailed the merchant to try make arrangements before getting back to SA and after getting back to SA - on the address advertised by Groupon but they never got back to me so I contacted Groupon who sent a email promising to investigate. They were very quick to send an email straight after that to ask me to rate their service but that's the last I heard of them. I tried to email again but no response. I am unsubscribing and telling everyone I know to stay away from them.
