On the 5th of February i purchased a groupon deal to the value of R894 for a spa package at Lentigo spa. my request was never process, and i have been given a variety of reasons as to why. after requesting a refund, i have still not been paid out almost 3 months later. i have sent over 7 emails requesting a refund, and make 5 phone calls. all the calls ended with a promise that my request had been processed and i will be contacted shortly for my payout. this has never happened. i am very unhappy with this service, and i feel cheated. When i got my Fiance to call groupon for me-as i was too frustrated to try again. the simply told him he has no right to access my account and then hung up. they were very rude to him.
