Paid for voucher, but no voucher and no response!!

I bought 2 vouchers for a restaurant, paid by EFT, but haven't received any voucher or notification now for almost 3 weeks. I' ve complained and got a response back that they look into that, but still nothing. I attached proof of payment with the ref number, still nothing. Normally when payment was made, you will immediately get a resonse, like City sleakers...

I expect a call soon, or my money back please.
