Good day

I ordered a gateway from groupon on the 26th of December and after receiving a voucher, I tried endlessly to get a booking with a partner to no success, to such an extend that I asked for my refund within the 7 working days stipulated which was on the 6th of January, to date I still dont have my money babck, I call the call centre each day and get told that the request is been put through.

I'd kindly like my money back and hopefully never have to deal with Groupon ever again.
