Dear Groupon

I purchased 2 solar lamps from you on 21 Nov 2013.

More than 2 weeks later i received the goods, but they were scratched and the box was completely damaged.

I returned the goods to the supplier who confirmed they received it and that all their stock are damaged, i therefore requested a full refund as i don't want damaged stock.

I spoke with Guhan - Email (request #120836), who then promised me on 01 Jan 2014 that i will received my money between 7 and 10 working days.

Up until today, i have received nothing, NO CREDIT.

I demand urgent feedback as well as my money.
