CANCEL VOUCHER & DON'T REFUND YOU!

I cancelled my vouchers on the same day i purchased them (4 December 2013). Despite numerous requests, telephone calls, e-mails, complaints and cc on an email to the consumer commission, I have still not received my refund AND my vouchers were cancelled. I am disgusted to say the least. Groupon has no regard for customers and are blatantly ignoring requests for assistance, blaming my bank who has no knowledge of any refund to my bank card.

I was then, upon threatening to go to the Consumer Commission, told to provide bank details (on 24 December) and STILL no money has been refunded to me. It is now a matter of principle.

It is shocking and daylight to say the least. I will NEVER use groupon again, and would strongly discourage anybody from doing so. There is not regard for customers, and any given telephone call will be a minimum of 20 minutes holding before you are directed to an agent who provides little to no solution.

I am very tempted to report this to the global GROUPON brand representative.
