I deposited money into their account a month ago for a cutlery set which was short 99 cents so they didn't processing my deal. They said they would give me a refund and I provided them with my banking details. They still have not refunded me my R799 despite follow ups on my part. I was provided a refund by one of their competitors within 48 hours of providing my banking details and fail to understand why Groupon is taking weeks to do the same.
