I purchased a Double Heart Pendant with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS, Including Delivery from groupon. The order was processed the 9 of Oktober 2013. They said it would be delivered within 2 weeks after 2 weeks I phoned every week till now with promises it is on its way. On the 3 rd of Desember i emailed them Because phoning does not help every time I phone the next week nobody knows anything. Saravana S responded and promises nothing happend and a Naomi Siame asked about the service and when i told her nothing happen she closed the ticket.
Did not want to know about that. No questions get answered also. They asked me which is the closest big town when i answered next time i phoned
Basically 11 weeks down the road. Could have bought 2 with my phone expenses and no delivery yet. But got a lot of promises. The courier company i got told to phone does not know anything either.
