I ordered a Hazlo double bunk on the 23rd November 2013 a day before this special closed. I was informed delivery will be within 2 weeks. From 2 weeks it turned into 3 weeks. I am now waiting for 4 weeks on this delivery. The call centre agents are pathetic and cannot assist or even tell you if the goods has been shipped. I waited for nearly 28 minutes for my call to be answered and was informed they do not have feedback... Groupon should be closed down... This is just a money making racket and they gather interest from your funds while you wait on a product to be delivered over a month. No one has the decency to call you either... Simply pathetic...
